About

Poetry is my waking dreamwork, exercise of the neurons, that which keeps me stimulated, engaged and hopeful. While i do not write for you, I’d like to see your thoughts, reactions, questions and poetic responses–I always welcome discussion of written and spoken words. I explore themes of sexuality, oppression (whether self-inflicted, inbred, or methodically enforced), black theory and above all, love (note this is not sexuality). I choose both my words and formatting deliberately. The imagery of a line living on the page, the breaths of white space between thought–this is my undertaking. Thank you for visiting :)

  1. I enjoyed reading your work. The avenues that the words take you through are exciting and inspiring. The poetry really speaks to you boldly and challenges your imagination. I can’t wait to read more!
